Staff was great and provided us with central heating, an iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. Clean rooms, we had garden view. Had a bath. The location was great and magnificent and Main Square was easily accessible. What's more, it was so close to the square and the old town and Wawel castle and Old Town...

We had a VERY NICE stay in Krakow close enough to the castle and downtown, the river, and old town/old market. Its location was incredible and stunning, 1 km from Planty Park. We appreciated this excellent apartment and would come here again.

It has new-fashioned rooms and magnificent location really close to downtown and even Kazimierz, and the centre and Wawel Castle. The staff is helpful and highly courteous and the food was gorgeous! This excellent apartment is based by the river. And it is near restaurants.

I had a great stay at the centrally located apartment. The living area was decent and the apartment was clean. The kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to cook my own meals. Although there was no reception, I was able to easily contact them when I arrived. The staff were friendly and promptly provided me with extra pillows when requested. The location was lovely, with a peaceful area and a nice balcony to relax on. I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the central location with easy access to both the old town and the Jewish quarter. the new building complex and nice surroundings provided a pleasant atmosphere. Garage parking and an elevator made it convenient for us to come and go. the apartment itself was well-equipped and the bed in the sleeping room was great. the breakfast service was impressive, with consistent timing every morning. we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment to friends.

The location was amazing, so close to the main square and restaurants. Wawel Tower was just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly helpful and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-located. The breakfast provided was fresh and filling. We also appreciated the organized airport pick-up, which was hassle-free and reasonably priced. The apartment itself was great and our prior requests were taken into consideration. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even coming out to find us when our GPS failed. We had a fantastic experience exploring the old town and visiting Auschwitz. a mind-blowing stay with all the amenities we needed - free wi-fi, a kitchen with all the cookware and utensils, an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and even cots if required. We can't wait to return in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at the Wawel Luxury Apartments By Amstra. The location was unbeatable, just minutes away from the castle, the main square, and the river. The apartment itself was nice and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms. Despite a couple of minor issues like a broken bed and a bathroom door without a lock, I didn't mind too much because I was tired from exploring the city. The price for such a nice apartment was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
